AI outputs are generated locally on the server using llama3.2 (local). For approved users, some requests may use a cloud AI fallback (Gemini). In all cases, prompts are used only to generate a response and are not stored beyond the session.
Users should avoid entering sensitive identity information such as SSNs, passport numbers, or confidential client data.
Private ERP records remain visible only to the owning user, except for Admin support and maintenance purposes.
