Submit Fresh Plan deletes old plan output and rebuilds the current plan. It does not delete released POs/jobs. Final score = Demand 20.0% + Supply 15.0% + Margin 15.0% + Customer 15.0% + Execution 20.0% + Risk Protection 15.0%.
